Shipping policy

Australian orders will incur a shipping fee of $9.95 added at checkout.

All international orders will be charged at a rate depending on place of delivery.

We aim to dispatch stocked items within 1-2 days once your purchase has been confirmed. We ship all our products using Australia Post. For Australian customers we use Registered Post and for international customers we use Registered post with tracking.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Winston will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.

Once your order leaves Winston Shoes Warehouse, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact the carrier.
