Refund policy

Our return policy entitles you to return the product within 14 working days from the day you received the shoes.

You can open the package, check and try on the contents.

Winston only accepts returns for products that are faulty or are the wrong size and all products are checked for faults before posting.

Please choose carefully as we do not give credits simply because you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision.

If a product is faulty on arrival we will provide a replacement or a credit.

To return a faulty product you must contact us first, do not return items without contacting us first.

Shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility. There will be no refund of the original postage
